- Instituted BW TV as a 50% shareholder in CLT/UFA and merged Westfilm and teuto TELE into this new venture (WAZ-stake valued at $550 M) resulting in a significant gain of influence on the European Free, Pay- and Interactive-TV-Market for the WAZ-Group.
