RAFAEL BONNELLY
VP of Content , Terra Lycos.

Rafael Bonnelly, VP of Content, joined Terra Lycos in July of 1991. Behind him there is an extensive career in the New Media, Publishing and Marketing field.

Prior to Terra Networks, Bonnelly has served as VP of International Business Development, for Total Sports, Inc, based in New York. From 1994 to 1996 he was appointed Director for Nando.net International, a leading daily newspaper on the World Wide Web.

As President and Publisher of the Inter-American Media Corp. during 92-94, he aimed to the Hispanic community in the US, as well as provided Spanish language products for US publishers. As VP and Editor-in-Chief of Listín USA Publications, he targereted the Dominican Community in NYC.

Bonnelly began his professional career in Santo Domingo, serving as Reporter and Managing Director for Editora Listín Diario, from where he moved to New York.

As VP of Content , Bonnelly is responsible for the development of the interactive content and broad band in Terra Lycos’ portals.

Bonnelly has a bachelor Degree of Arts in Economics from the Universidad Nacional Pedro Henríquez Ureña, (Dominican Republic). He was granted the New York Hispanic Journalist of the Year Award in 1991, and has been a keynote speaker in multiple industry meetings.
