Sessions:
Speaker at
eContent - funding opportunities for European digital content
Abstract:
The European Commission's eContent programme addresses digital content on global networks, and seeks to stimulate European market developments rather than R&D. With a budget of 100 million EUROs, the programme will support a balanced portfolio of innovative digital content projects at European level, contributing to improved access to, and exploitation of, public sector information, enhancing content production in a multilingual and multicultural environment, and increasing the dynamism of the digital content market.
The workshop will explain the rationale of the programme, and demonstrate what is in it for your organisation. Specific focus will be placed on the call for proposals launched 1 November, where projects can get up to 2 million EUROs in funding. Downloads:
